We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return if:
It is unused and in its original condition
It is returned with original packaging and all included components
A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Products returned after the 14-day window
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items.

2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
